Shipping Policy
Bank Transfers/Deposits are available for both local & International customers.
Shipping takes place only during working days ( Monday – Friday ) excluding the Poya and other mercantile holidays.
Cash on delivery orders will take a maximum of 7 working days from the date of order placement as each order is custom made to a selected size. (Delivery may take up to maximum of 4 working days depending on your location)
Bank Transfer/Deposit orders will only be started once the customer has sent us a proof of payment (copy of the bank slip or bank transfer picture) or a remark with Order ID during the transfer process.
Once the Bank Transfer/Deposit is done, the order will be completed & dispatched within 7 working days from the date of proof sent. (Delivery may take up to maximum of 4 working days depending on your location)
Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges will incur courier charges therefore kindly make sure you have measured and confirmed your size against our size guide.
